Bij Fysio op Maat staat kwaliteit voorop. Ons team van 8 fysiotherapeuten helpt u met algemene en gespecialiseerde behandelingen, zoals manuele-, oedeem-, oncologie- en geriatriefysiotherapie, én biedt echografie, shockwave-therapie en Epte aan.
Uw eerste afspraak plannen we zo snel mogelijk, ook ’s avonds tot 20.00 uur. Verwijzing is niet nodig.
Voor een effectieve eerste behandeling vragen wij u het Intake op Maat formulier vooraf in te vullen en mee te brengen.

Mocht u online een afspraak bij ons willen plannen voor fysiotherapie, dat kan via ons online planningssysteem. Voor een afspraak met een gespecialiseerd fysiotherapeut; zoals geriatrie-, oncologie-, oedeem- en manueel fysiotherapeut wordt geadviseerd telefonisch een afspraak te maken.
